Both are 3-axle 40ft-class trailers from the Liangshan plant. They do different jobs.
Skeleton chassis
Twist locks for 20ft and 40ft boxes. Lighter tare, lower FOB. Wrong choice if you haul steel plate or plant that needs a deck.
Flatbed
Steel deck, optional locks. Heavier, slightly higher price, usable for mixed cargo and containers if locks are fitted.
