Liangshan yard plus a trailer plant
JNCYD is a used-truck exporter and semi-trailer builder in Liangshan, Shandong — China’s heavy-truck trading base. We sell inspected HOWO and SHACMAN units, and we weld new trailers that match the head.
Who we are
Trucks from the yard. Trailers from the jig.
Most China “used truck” websites only trade. Most trailer factories only weld. We do both, which is why a buyer can leave with a tractor head that actually matches a new dump trailer or 40ft chassis.
Used trucks are inspected in Liangshan: engine, gearbox, axles, hydraulics, and chassis. Trailers are new, with selectable axles, steel, and color. Export is FOB or CIF from Qingdao and Tianjin.
- Used HOWO, SHACMAN, FAW, SITRAK, Dongfeng
- New flatbed, skeleton, dump, fence, lowbed, tank trailers
- LHD/RHD conversion before sailing
- Documents, stuffing, and Ro-Ro booking

Two operations
A trading yard and a trailer line
Buyers mix these up. One side sources and inspects used trucks. The other builds new semi-trailers. The sales desk quotes both as a set when you need it.
Used truck yard
Dump trucks, tractor heads, mixers, tankers, cargo trucks, and cranes. HOWO, SHACMAN, FAW, SITRAK, Dongfeng. Each unit is videoed on the chassis you buy — not a 2025 template.
- Engine start and road test
- Gearbox, axles, dump hydraulics
- Chassis rails and cab rust
- Paint, tires, and RHD conversion on request
Trailer plant
New 3-axle and 4-axle trailers welded in Liangshan. Axle brand, steel grade, color, and lock positions are selectable. Typical build is 7–20 days after deposit.
- Flatbed / 20–40ft skeleton
- Rear dump and fence cargo
- Lowbed with ramps
- Fuel tank trailers (fuel spec, not water)
Location
Why Liangshan, not a coastal showroom
Liangshan County in Jining, Shandong, is where China’s used heavy trucks concentrate and where semi-trailer plants sit next to the yards. Sourcing, inspection, conversion, and trailer build happen in the same county. Qingdao and Tianjin are the sailing ports — not the place we pick the truck.
- Used HOWO and SHACMAN supply on the ground
- Trailer steel, axles, and kingpins in the local chain
- Road haul to Qingdao or Tianjin after yard work

Nearest sailing ports: Qingdao, Tianjin. Inland haul is part of the FOB/CIF plan we quote.
Inspection
What we check before a truck is offered
A cheap unit that fails in month one is not cheap. This is the yard list. You get an unedited walk-around of the chassis on the proforma.
Powertrain
Cold start, idle smoke, boost leaks, gearbox through all ratios, differential noise on a short drive.
Chassis & dump
Frame cracks at back-of-cab and dump hinge, lift-cylinder drift, pin wear, box floor thickness.
Cab & electrics
Sleeper rust, glass, locks, lamps. ABS warning lamps if the truck is supposed to have ABS.
Trailer match
Fifth-wheel height and kingpin on tractor heads. We will not pair a head with a trailer that sits wrong.
RHD conversion
Done in the yard for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and similar markets — before stuffing or Ro-Ro.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L. Certificate of origin on request. Import rules stay with your broker.
Trailer plant
Build options, not one SKU
Trailers listed on this site are new Liangshan builds. Color, axle brand, and steel grade are selected on the order — they are not leftover used decks.
| Option | Default | On request |
|---|---|---|
| Axles | FUWA 13T | BPW and others |
| Kingpin | JOST 2.0" | 3.5" |
| Steel | Q345 | NM450 dump bodies |
| Tires | 12R22.5 | Brand specified on PI |
| Lead time | 7–20 days | Peak season longer |
Brands
What we actually source
Dump, tractor, mixer, tanker, cargo, and crane on the used side. Factory trailers carry the JNCYD build sheet.
Markets
Ports we quote every week
Africa and the Middle East take most of the volume. LHD is default; Kenya and other RHD markets are converted in Liangshan.
Kenya
CIF Mombasa. RHD conversion before sailing. Northern Corridor workshops know HOWO parts.

Importers, contractors, and first-time fleets
Importers & dealers
Repeat 2–20 unit orders. We hold a spec, send videos, and book CIF to the same port. Trailer colors can be standardized for a dealer line.
Site contractors
One or two dump trucks, sometimes a mixer. Inspection video matters more than the catalogue photo. We quote FOB first, CIF if you have no forwarder.
Haulage fleets
Tractor head plus a new trailer as a set. Fifth wheel, kingpin, and payload are matched so the combination is usable on arrival.
How an order runs
From WhatsApp to bill of lading
Inquiry
Type, port, LHD/RHD, quantity. We reply with photos and a FOB/CIF band.
Video of the unit
Engine, lift, chassis, cab — the chassis on the proforma, not a sister truck.
Deposit
Typically 30% T/T. LC is discussed on larger fleets. Balance against B/L copy.
Yard work
Refurbish, paint, RHD if needed, trailer build, export papers. 7–20 days typical.
Sailing
Qingdao or Tianjin, Ro-Ro or container. About 25–40 days to West or East Africa after the vessel leaves.
Company FAQ
Questions buyers send before the first wire
Are you a factory or a trader?
Both. Used trucks are sourced and inspected in our Liangshan yard. Semi-trailers are new builds from the plant. The same desk quotes a head + trailer set.
Can I visit before paying the balance?
Yes. The yard is in Liangshan County, Jining. If you cannot travel, we send an unedited walk-around and, on request, a third-party inspector you appoint.
Do you fake the year as 2025 on every truck?
No. Catalogue pages are model specs. The chassis you buy has its own year, hours, and video. If a seller will not film the rails, walk away — including from us.
What is not included in CIF?
Destination duty, clearing, port storage, and inland transport after discharge. See the CIF vs FOB note.
Send the port. We send the CIF.
Name, WhatsApp, country, and how many units. Video of the actual truck follows.
